Suzan Parks, APRN, is a registered family nurse practitioner treating patients of all ages at Excel Family Medical &
Urgent Care in Blanchard, Oklahoma.
Suzan began her nursing career in 2006. She has 12 years of experience as an RN. Suzan continued her education at
Frontier Nursing University, where she completed the Master of Science in Nursing program.
Suzan’s early career experience includes medical claims auditing, women’s health, endoscopy, hospice and outpatient
surgery. She is a patient focussed individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Today, Suzan is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who enjoys providing outstanding care to patients at Excel
